A) Barbell Complex

  • High pull 6

  • Power Snatch 6

  • BTN Push Press 6

B) kettle bell complex

  • Snatches 10

  • Kb rack squats 10

  • One arm swing 10

Per side

Complete 4 rounds

Cash out:

AMRAP 8

  • 20 Mountain Climbers

  • 15 air squats

  • 10 sit ups

  • 5 press ups

Strength & Conditioning

A) 5×5 Push press

  • 30 sit ups

5×5 Bent Over Rows.

  • 30 Press ups

5×5 Over Head Squats

  • 30 jumping Lunges

B) 100 Thrusters, as few sets as possible.
