Small Group Personal Training
Whichever option you choose will follow the same 3 steps:
STEP 1: Consultation
An in depth chat via Skype or Email to determine,
1. Where you Currently are
2. Where you want to be
4. What is stopping you from achieving
STEP 2: Preparation
Now we have a clearer understanding of your current level, what you want to achieve and why you want it, we can start Preparing and planning the approach, actionable steps and focus points for your coaching journey
STEP 3: Application
Now the gears are turning and we are starting to move. This is where the magic happens.
Stick to the Process, Trust the Systems and Apply the work! Do this with consistency and the results will come, with our Guidance every step of the way.
£99 for the first trial month then £125 for each month thereafter.
Delivered Totally Online. Access where ever you are in the world via Laptop/Phone. Coaching in the palm of your hand.
In depth assessment process to inform the coaching expeeience
Tailored programming and nutritional guidence/support
Contact available via email/message/video for check-ins, questions, updates ect
Video analysis and feedback
Online tools for us to track progress and effectively adjust as needs be
Personal Training: Small Group (2-4)
£35 per Week, billed Every 2 weeks over a 6 or 8 week period.
Small group Personal Training available for 2-4 People
Tailored Group programming to guide each individual towards their goal while all training together.
Must attend at least 1 in person session per week, remaining sessions can be completed online (Contact to discuss individual needs)
Ongoing availability for contact and questions outside of sessions
